| Believe
in the profound power of touch. It is one of the
most important senses that we possess. It is through this sense
of touch that we experience pleasure as well as pain. Stress is
a necessary part of life. The daily sources of stress can cause
many adverse effects on the body. The ability to manage stress
is crucial to our total well-being. With increased awareness of
the toll taken on the mind, body and spirit, individuals can reverse
the negative cycle.Zina
